GREEN ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Makombisa Holdings (Pty) Ltd, trading as Green Engineering Solutions (GES), registration number 2020/750242/07. Contact us at info@gesolutions.co.za or +27 81 382 7969. Our contact address is 11 Joan End, Carlswald, Midrand, 1685, South Africa.
2. Website information
The website introduces our capabilities and provides a way to enquire about services. General descriptions are not project-specific engineering advice, a binding quotation or a guarantee that a solution is suitable for your site. Suitability, scope and requirements must be assessed for each project.
3. Enquiries and service agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or create a service contract. Work proceeds under an agreed quotation or written agreement setting out the scope, price, payment terms, responsibilities, timelines and any warranties. Those project terms govern the work; these terms govern use of the website. Site access, approvals and other requirements will be agreed where relevant.
4. Responsible use
Please provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. Do not use this website to send unlawful or abusive content, spam, malicious software or attempts to disrupt the website. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
5. Content and photographs
GES branding and website content, and photographs licensed from third parties, remain protected by their respective owners’ rights. Permission is required for reuse beyond what applicable law or the relevant licence allows. Photographs and generated illustrative imagery introduce service areas and do not represent GES’s completed projects, personnel or endorsements. See photo credits.
6. Availability and external links
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate but may update it or interrupt access for maintenance. Links to maps, email applications and other external services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Responsibility and applicable law
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Responsibility for commissioned work is addressed in the relevant service agreement. These website terms are governed by South African law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
8. Privacy, updates and questions
Our Privacy Policy explains how website enquiries are handled. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date; changes do not retrospectively alter an existing project agreement. Email us with questions or concerns.
